If you’ve never created a vision board for manifestation, you’re totally missing out! Here are step-by-step instructions for creating your very own law of attraction vision board that’ll help you manifest anything you want!
What is a vision board?
A vision board, also known as a dream board, is a visual representation of your goals and dreams.
It can be a board, poster, or even just a collection of images clipped from magazines.
The purpose of a vision board is to get your subconscious mind working on achieving your goals by constantly reminding you of what you want to achieve.
If you’re more of a visual person, a vision board is probably going to be one of the most effective manifestation tools for you to use.
Do vision boards help with manifestation?
Yes, vision boards do help with manifestation.
But, they’re not the only thing that helps.
In order to achieve success with a vision board, you need to be clear about what it is you want, and you need to believe that you can achieve it.
If you don’t believe you can achieve something, your subconscious mind won’t either, and your vision board won’t be as effective.
How do vision boards work for manifestation?
Vision boards work for manifestation by tapping into the power of the subconscious mind.
The subconscious mind is always working on achieving your goals, whether you’re aware of it or not.
When you create a vision board, you’re consciously putting your goals and dreams into focus, which allows your subconscious mind to work on bringing them to fruition.
When you set your intentions in a clear way, the universe helps them manifest so much more quickly.
And another not-often-talked-about point of using a vision board to manifest is that it’s fun!
Sometimes people put too much force into manifesting and this goes against everything manifesting is supposed to be.
You’re supposed to be drawing things to you like a magnet.
And you can’t do that if you’re not flowing with creativity, passion, and excitement!
Now, let’s learn how to create a vision board.
How to create a physical vision board
1. Get a large poster board or corkboard and cut it to the size you want.
2. Cut out images or draw pictures of things that represent your goals and dreams.
If you’re not very artistic, you can find images online or in magazines to print out and use.
You can also use affirmations, words or phrases, or even symbols that mean something to you!
3. Glue the images onto the board in any way that feels and looks appealing to you.
Some people like to arrange them in a specific order, while others just go with the flow.
4. Place the vision board in a place where you’ll see it every day.
Ideally, you want to be able to look at it and feel inspired to take action towards your goals.
5. Spend a few minutes every day focusing on your vision board and visualizing yourself achieving your goals.
See yourself living the life you want to live, and feel the emotions that come with it.
