Believe me – I get it.
I always felt like manifestation would work for some things better than others.
Like maybe I could manifest money or manifest a text message, but I’d have problems manifesting my ideal weight or something like a health improvement.

1- Connect with your reason why
The first thing you need to do for a quick & easy weight loss journey is to find your reason WHY.
This is the reason why you want to release excess weight in the first place and it’s probably something like: I want to feel better and be healthier, I want to feel more attractive for potential mates, I want to live a longer life.
Your reasons for losing weight will make sticking to your goal easier because they’re what motivate you.
I want to give you a word of caution here, however – don’t go with the very first idea that pops into your head for your reason why.
Much of the time there are different levels of reasons.
You might have an obvious reason that you think motivates you to achieve the perfect body, but you have to think about it… you’ve used this reason to try to lose weight before and it hasn’t worked out (or you wouldn’t be reading this now, would you?)
If you spend a bit of time on this and go deeper, you might find something that has an even stronger emotional pull that would resonate with you even more.
This is your soul speaking to you.
For me, on the surface, I thought I wanted to reach my goal weight to fit into my skinny jeans again because I didn’t like what I saw in the mirror.
But after some soul searching I discovered that I wanted to change my physical weight more because the world was so much kinder to slimmer women.
When I was smaller life just became easier and I wanted to lift the burden of life off of myself.
Maybe this sounds bad, but it’s my truth and I wanted to share it with you in case it helps.
So, the moral of this is, find your real reason why (there might be more than one), and you’ll have an easier time of manifesting weight loss.
2- Use weight loss affirmations
The second secret to weight loss manifestation is to use weight loss affirmationsALL of the time.
I mean use them constantly in your everyday life!
These don’t have to be necessarily related to weight loss – per se.
They can also be related to the reason(s) why you want to lose weight that you came up with in step 1.
The main point, though, is to get yourself feeling positive about your journey and to start anticipating the outcome.
It’s to open your subconscious mind to the idea of losing weight and start you moving in the right direction.
Affirmations are super powerful.
I’m sure you’ve heard how Jim Carrey used them to bring his career back from the brink or to manifest wild success with The Secret, but affirmations aren’t just for celebrities or for money!
You can use them too to help yourself align with the universe, vibrate on a higher frequency, and attract good things into your life – including releasing those extra pounds!
My favorite types of affirmations to use are those that I know will help me naturally and automatically do the things I need to do to manifest weight loss.
I love affirming that making high-vibe food choices and engaging in gentle movement makes me feel inspired and lightweight.
Also, I enjoy telling myself that I have a healthy body image, am already beautiful on the inside and I’m now ready for the outside to reflect that.
Feel free to create an affirmation for weight loss that resonates with you.
Make sure you use them ALL the time, though!
All day, every day!
And you’ll have a positive outcome, for sure.
3- Use weight loss hypnosis
Once you get into the habit of speaking to yourself in a much more positive way, your subconscious mind is already primed for weight loss manifestation.
You may even be losing weight already if you’ve been repeating positive statements to yourself for a while!

It’s so important that you feel inspired to take the actions you’re taking!
If you’re forcing yourself to do things that don’t feel good, then you’ll only find failure.
By slow down I mean make sure you’re not just mindlessly falling back into old habits.
If you pay attention to what you’re really thinking and feeling based on the suggestions you’ve been receiving, then you won’t mindlessly go to McDonald’s anymore – you’ll feel the universe pulling you to do something different!
If you listen to your body during this time, you’ll notice that you might feel thirstier (for water!)
Or that you want to go get some fresh air and find yourself choosing to stay in Saturday night and go hiking Sunday morning instead of crashing out after a trip to the bar (this happened to me!)
The thing about it is even if you’ve failed to lose weight before, and maybe even found the things that cause you to lose weight to be really restrictive, boring or unappealing…
The universe will change you as a person to where you naturally gravitate toward weight loss-promoting habits and activities.
And you’ll find yourself naturally and automatically shedding weight faster than you ever thought.
And it will feel so good.
5- Act as if
Finally, the last step is to act as if.
In other words, get into the habit of acting like you already have what you want!
For example, if you want weight loss manifestation then get into the habit of wearing clothes that flatter your body even if you’re not being complimented yet.
Act like you’re already that slim person.
Wear clothes that are your size and go into stores that sell your size.
If you’re looking for an outfit for a party, visualize wearing the outfit and having everyone compliment you on how great you look.
Take pictures where you pose confidently.
Simply put, act like you already have it.
This will really allow weight loss manifestation to happen quickly!
